Will my car look factory-new again?

That’s the standard we work to. We use computerized color matching and blend into the panels either side so there’s no hard edge. Structural damage is measured against the manufacturer’s reference points. If something genuinely can’t be brought back to pre-accident condition, you’ll hear it from us before we start, not after.

How long will the repair take?

It depends on the damage, the parts, and, if there’s a claim, how quickly the insurer approves the work. Small cosmetic jobs are usually quicker than panel or structural repairs. We’ll give you an estimated completion time with your estimate and keep you posted if it changes.

Will you use OEM parts?

Accepted Answer

We use OEM parts wherever your policy or your budget allows, and we’ll always tell you exactly what’s going on the car. Plenty of policies specify aftermarket or recycled parts for certain repairs. That’s a term of your policy rather than our preference. If your carrier specifies a part we don’t think belongs in a structural or safety-related spot, we document it and push back for you.

Is your work guaranteed?

Yes, our repairs are backed by a workmanship guarantee, and we’ll go over the terms with you before any work starts. Parts may also carry their own manufacturer warranties. If something about our work doesn’t seem right, bring it back and we’ll take a look.

Do you repair aluminum and newer high-strength steel vehicles?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Aluminum and advanced high-strength steel need their own procedures, their own tooling, and separation from steel work so you don’t get cross-contamination or galvanic corrosion. We treat them as separate jobs because the materials really do behave differently under heat and load.

Why does my car need ADAS calibration after a repair?

Because those systems are aimed. Replace a windshield, bumper, mirror or grille, or straighten the structure any of them bolt to, and the aim shifts. Usually with no warning light. A radar sensor two degrees out still reports confidently, it’s just reporting about the wrong piece of road. We work out which systems your repair affects, run the manufacturer’s calibration, and give you the documentation.

Do you work with my insurance company?

Yes. We work with all the major carriers, State Farm, GEICO, AAA, Allstate, Progressive and USAA included, and we bill them directly wherever your policy allows. We write the estimate, submit it, handle supplements when teardown turns up damage the first photos missed, and keep the claim moving. Usually your deductible is the only money that changes hands with us.

My insurer told me to use their shop. Do I have to?

No. In California you choose who repairs your car. An insurer can recommend a shop from its network, and it can decline to pay above a reasonable market rate, but it can’t require you to use a particular shop. Bring us the estimate they gave you and we’ll work from it.

Who pays for my rental car?

Accepted Answer

Depends on your policy and who was at fault. If you carry rental reimbursement, or the claim is against the other driver’s insurance, it’s usually covered up to your policy limit. We handle the booking and the timing so the rental starts when your car comes in, not when the claim opens.

Yes. No fee, no obligation, and no requirement to have the work done here. Bring the car by during opening hours, or send photos through the estimate form and we’ll come back with a range and tell you what we’d need to see in person to firm it up.

What does a repair typically cost?

Scratch and scuff work starts around $60. Paintless dent repair starts around $150 a dent. Cosmetic bumper repair starts around $300. A one-panel repaint starts around $300, and a full repaint runs from roughly $1,000 for a basic job up to $3,000 to $5,000 for quality-level work. Those are starting points for the Sacramento market, not quotes. The free written estimate is where you get a real number for your car.

Do you offer financing?

Yes, through Snap Finance, which offers buy-now-pay-later options, subject to their approval. It’s a practical way to cover a deductible or an out-of-pocket repair without leaving the car sitting. We also take cash, credit and debit cards, contactless, and insurance direct pay.

Can you help with my deductible?

Deductible assistance depends on your policy and the circumstances of the claim, so we won’t promise you something up front that your carrier may not allow. What we can do is go through your policy with you, apply whatever legitimate savings the repair plan allows, and set up financing for the rest if that helps.
